Simon recently helped migrate my personal domain's email over to Microsoft 365. And despite my previous service being an absolute pain, and me having little patience online and thus clicking everywhere... Simon calmly talked me through every step, never showing any signs of impatience or frustration.

I was running out of storage on my previous setup, the email client interface was rather poor and I even struggled to get it set up on my phone. After Simon's help - all of that has been fixed and I feel so much more comfortable with my email setup.
